# How to Stake?

Within the Trado exchange, users can stake $TLP and $FLOW.

### **Staking Procedure**

1. Click on "**Token**" to enter the "**Staking"** interface.
2. Enter the quantity of $TLP or $FLOW you wish to stake and the staking period.
3. Click "Stake" to complete the staking process.

**Managing Staked Assets:**

Users can view all their staked assets on the right side of the "**Staking**" panel at the bottom of the page. Upon the expiration of the staking period, clicking "**Unlock All**" allows users to unlock the staked assets and withdraw the locked principal
